Refund Policy

We want you to love your Postcode Syndicate gear. If something goes wrong, we've got you.

• Change of mind: No refunds for change-of-mind on custom printed items (all products). These are final sale. Return rules apply only to faulty/damaged items.
• Faulty / damaged / wrong item: Contact us within 14 days of delivery. We'll cover return shipping and send replacement or full refund (including original shipping) under Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
• Refunds processed to original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive the returned item.

To start a return: Reply to your order confirmation email or DM us postcodesyndicate@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue.

No refunds for change-of-mind on custom prints after production starts (usually within 24 hours of order).
